Winston-Salem State gains Div II & CIAA Membership Approval

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Board of Directors, have granted Winston-Salem State University full Division II membership and CIAA conference admittance; beginning this athletic/academic season. Continue reading →

Lincoln University (PA) receives full NCAA Division II membership

Lincoln University is less than two months away from becoming an official NCAA Division II program.

The NCAA is expected to made a formal announcement Tuesday about the Lions’ approval for active status effective Sept. 1. The acceptance concludes Lincoln’s three-year transition from Division III to Division II. Continue reading →
