		<description>I completey agree with the &quot;Be realistic statement&quot; I tell all my clients and peers that yes, i do eat sweets, pizza, and few other things from time to time. It lets them know that you can be fit and healthy without being too strict on yourself. But I also let them know that you cant eat that stuff everyday. You have to limit yourself to once or twice a week. But that doesnt mean eat that stuff all day either. Just one meal or part of a meal</description>
